A compact compressor circulates refrigerant through a coil behind the interior lining. A fan draws air across the coil, cooling it, then distributes the chilled air evenly throughout the cabinet. This ventilated cooling prevents uneven temperatures, ensuring all shelves remain within the set range so items chill uniformly from front to back. The operator loads the shelves from the open top, tilting each shelf forward for easier restocking. The night blind can be pulled down to cover the glass front, cutting energy use when the shop is closed.
