Showcase cooler 63.9 l. GN containers not included
This static showcase cooler maintains prepared food at safe chilled temperatures while keeping it visible. The design uses gentle air circulation to remove heat via a refrigeration system charged with R600a refrigerant. Without a fan, the unit avoids disturbing lightweight items or drying exposed surfaces. A glass front and stainless steel construction protect food whilst allowing clear visibility for staff and customers alike.
To operate, place GN1/3 pans into the guides and set the digital controller to the required temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C. The display indicates the current temperature, enabling quick checks to ensure food safety. Adjustable feet help level the unit on uneven surfaces, keeping the glass front aligned and pans secure.
The cabinet features stainless steel with a full-height glass front. Inside, guides accommodate up to nine GN1/3 gastronorm pans, which must be purchased separately. A static evaporator coil along the back wall cools the air without forced circulation. The digital controller, positioned at the top, provides clear temperature readings.
With a 0.112 kW power rating, the cooler operates efficiently on a standard 220-240 V circuit. Its 2000 mm length suits worktop or counter placement, while the 395 mm depth allows space for service behind. Weighing 37 kg, the unit can be moved by two people using a trolley. The 63.9 litre volume holds nine GN1/3 pans, offering organised display without overcrowding.
Maintenance involves wiping stainless steel and glass surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The static coil should be brushed occasionally to remove dust and maintain efficient heat transfer. Periodically check adjustable feet to ensure the unit remains level and stable.
