This static showcase cooler keeps prepared food chilled and visible. Cold air naturally settles inside the insulated cabinet, surrounding the pans without a fan. The glass front and sides allow customers to view the food while the temperature remains between +2 °C and +10 °C, ensuring salads, desserts, and cold platters stay fresh and safe for service. The unit holds up to eight GN1/3 gastronorm pans on its stainless-steel shelf. Adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven floors and allow airflow beneath the cooler. Once positioned, the unit connects to a standard electrical supply and operates continuously, as the static cooling system requires no defrost cycle. The glass structure shields food from airborne contaminants while maintaining an open, accessible display. Built entirely from stainless steel, the cooler offers a choice of either a stainless-steel cover or a full-height glass protective panel. Its 1800 mm width aligns with standard worktop lengths, allowing seamless integration into counter setups. Weighing 69 kg, it can be moved with a trolley or by two people, and its 69-litre volume accommodates eight GN1/3 pans side by side. Controls are simple: an on-off switch and a thermostat that maintains the set temperature range. With a 0.112 kW power rating, the cooler places minimal demand on kitchen circuits, leaving capacity for other appliances. The seamless stainless steel interior and removable glass panel let you wipe down every surface without dislodging the GN1/3 pans. The stainless-steel interior and shelf can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the glass panel is cleaned with glass cleaner to ensure clarity. Adjustable feet should be checked periodically to maintain level and stability. Two versions are available: one with a stainless-steel cover and another with a glass protective panel. Both versions accept GN1/3 pans and share the same 1800 mm footprint.
