A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining a steady low temperature. The unit draws heat from the air inside with a refrigerant that circulates through a sealed system. A compressor raises the pressure of the refrigerant gas, forcing it to release heat outside the cabinet. As the refrigerant cools and condenses, it absorbs heat again when it evaporates inside the cabinet, lowering the temperature of the shelves and the products on them. Ventilated cooling moves the chilled air evenly across every shelf, preventing warm spots and keeping all items at the same temperature.

The operator loads the cabinet by opening the frameless glass doors and placing products on the adjustable shelves. Each shelf can be tilted to improve visibility and presentation. The digital controller sets the desired temperature between -1 °C and +5 °C, and the display shows the current reading.
