The refrigerant absorbs heat as it evaporates inside the cabinet, keeping the air at the set temperature. An anti-vibration system ensures the compressor runs smoothly, preventing disturbance to the sediment in the bottles.

The operator loads up to 48 standard 750 ml bottles onto the four wooden shelves. The shelves are shaped to hold bottles horizontally, keeping the cork moist and airtight. The cooler is set to a temperature between +5 °C and +18 °C using the single control zone. The LED interior light allows the contents to be checked without opening the door, reducing temperature fluctuations. The tinted glass door blocks ultraviolet light, protecting the wine from premature ageing. The door is reversible, allowing it to open from either side to fit the kitchen layout.
