The G-Line refrigerator is a practical and cost-effective solution for restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, and other professional kitchens. Its well-thought-out design combines reliable cooling performance, durability, and ease of use for everyday operations.
An upright chiller keeps perishable food at safe holding temperatures by circulating cold air evenly around every shelf. A fan draws air across an evaporator coil, cooling it to the set point before pushing it through vents at the back of the cabinet. The continuous airflow prevents warm spots and condensation, extending shelf life without freezing the contents.
The operator loads trays or containers onto the three adjustable wire shelves, sets the desired temperature between -2 °C and +8 °C on the digital panel, and closes the self-closing door. The lock secures the contents overnight or during service peaks. When the kitchen layout changes, the door hinge can be reversed to open left or right, and the heavy-duty castors allow the unit to be rolled into a new position without lifting.
The cabinet and interior are made of stainless steel for hygiene and durability. Three white wire shelves sized to GN1/1 standard hold gastronorm containers or loose items. The electronic control panel displays the current temperature and allows precise adjustment. An optional foot pedal can be fitted to open the door hands-free during busy service periods.
A 228 litre volume provides space for bulk storage while keeping the footprint compact at 484 mm wide and 745 mm deep. The 110 kg weight ensures stability on the castors, and the 0.250 kW power rating matches a standard single-phase circuit found in most professional kitchens. The refrigerant R600 is used in a 90 g charge, meeting current energy efficiency standards.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, removing the wire shelves to wash them separately, and vacuuming the condenser coil at the rear to maintain airflow. The castors should be checked periodically for smooth rolling and the door seal inspected for tight closure.
