TEFCOLD VIEW HC Showcase Refrigerator/Freezer in Anthracite

A refrigerated and frozen display that switches between cooler and freezer at the touch of a button. The VIEW HC uses a variable-speed compressor to pull heat from the cabinet, circulating refrigerant through coils that chill the air inside. Because the compressor adjusts its output to the load, it runs only as fast as needed, cutting energy use while keeping temperatures steady across the full range from -22 °C to +10 °C. Triple-glazed insulated glass on three sides traps the cold air, while an LED interior light illuminates the contents without adding heat.

To load or serve, the operator slides the front-to-back glass lids open. An adjustable false base inside lets shelves or trays sit at the best height for the items on display. The digital controller sets and shows the temperature, and the unit holds the setting until it is changed, so the same cabinet can hold ice cream one day and chilled desserts the next.

The cabinet is built in anthracite-coloured sheet metal with a stainless-steel interior liner. Sliding glass lids run on tracks mounted to the top frame, and the triple-glazed panels seal against rubber gaskets when closed. A 0.52 kW compressor draws power from a 230 V single-phase supply, the standard circuit in most professional kitchens. The 613 L volume is split between the refrigerated and frozen zones, and the 116 kg net weight allows the unit to be moved on a sack trolley once the 210 kg gross packaging is removed.

Cleaning starts with the sliding lids: they lift off the tracks for washing. The false base and any shelves are removed, and the interior liner is wiped down with a damp cloth. The exterior metal surfaces are cleaned with a mild detergent, avoiding abrasives that could scratch the anthracite finish. The LED lighting needs no maintenance beyond occasional dusting.
