A refrigerated display case keeps confectionery at a steady chill while letting customers serve themselves. The Big Horn model uses static cooling: a built-in evaporator coil circulates cold air naturally, without a fan. This method avoids drying the products and keeps the display stable even when the door is opened frequently. The coil is placed outside the cabinet in a remote unit, connected by thermoplastic hoses that allow quick disconnection for cleaning or relocation. The unit can sit under the case or up to two metres away, giving flexibility in small shop layouts. To operate the case, the user first connects the remote unit to the display via the supplied hoses and connectors. The electronic control unit is then set to the desired temperature between +2 °C and +12 °C.
