A ventilated confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, cakes and desserts at a steady chill while displaying them in clear view. Cool air is drawn across an evaporator coil at the back, then circulated by a fan throughout the cabinet. The constant airflow prevents warm spots and keeps humidity low, so meringues stay crisp and chocolate coatings do not bloom. Because the cooling is gentle and even, products can be held for hours without drying out or losing their texture.

The operator loads the three adjustable stainless-steel shelves from the front, setting each shelf at the desired angle and spacing. Price holders clip onto the front edge of each shelf, keeping tickets aligned with the items. Once the shelves are stocked, the electronic controller on the front panel is set to the target temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C. The display shows the actual cabinet temperature, and the unit automatically defrosts the coil at intervals to prevent ice build-up. LED strips mounted along the top of the cabinet illuminate the contents without adding heat, so colours and details remain vivid.

The cabinet is built as a single black unit with double-glazed side panels that can be swapped for curved or straight designs on site. The front is fully open, giving customers an unobstructed view of every shelf. Four lockable wheels allow the showcase to be moved for cleaning or reorganisation without lifting. An internal lock on the controller prevents accidental changes to the settings during service.

The 0.84 kW power rating indicates the load on the electrical circuit; a standard 230 V single-phase supply is sufficient. The 153 kg weight reflects the robust construction and the need to manoeuvre the unit on its wheels rather than carry it. The 990 mm width and 660 mm depth determine the counter space required, while the 1350 mm height ensures the top shelf remains within easy reach of staff.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel shelves and price holders with a damp cloth, then drying them to prevent water marks. The double-glazed side panels can be removed and cleaned separately. The wheels should be checked periodically for smooth rolling, and the evaporator coil should be inspected for dust accumulation that could reduce cooling efficiency.
