+30/ +80 SERVE OVER
A heated display case keeps desserts and confections at serving temperature while presenting them through clear glass. The unit circulates warm air behind the shelves, maintaining an even heat that prevents drying or condensation. A fan draws air across a heating element, then distributes it around the interior so every item receives the same warmth. The result is a consistent appearance and texture, whether the case holds pastries, cakes or chocolate-based sweets.
To load the showcase, the operator slides the front or rear glass doors open and places items on the chrome grid shelves. The electronic control unit is set to the desired temperature between +30 °C and +80 °C; the unit then maintains that setting automatically. LED lighting illuminates the contents from above, making colours and textures vivid for customers. A water drawer at the base provides gentle humidification, keeping delicate items moist without wetting them. When the display is no longer needed, the doors slide shut and the unit can be switched off.
The Georgia Cube II 1000 Hot is constructed with a metal base available in stainless steel or standard RAL colours. Double-tempered glass forms the front, sides and top, giving a clear view from all angles. The 45° neutral corner allows multiple units to be joined into continuous runs or custom layouts without gaps. Three chrome grid shelves are included, each adjustable for height. Sliding doors at the front and rear provide access for restocking or cleaning without interrupting customer sightlines.
A power rating of 3.1 kW indicates the load the unit places on the electrical circuit; it requires a dedicated 230 V, 50 Hz supply. The overall dimensions of 990 mm wide, 735 mm deep and 1324 mm high determine the floor space it occupies and the height available for shelving. A weight of 172 kg means the unit is moved on castors or with a pallet truck, not carried by hand.
Cleaning involves wiping the glass with a non-abrasive cleaner, removing and washing the chrome shelves, and emptying the water drawer to prevent mineral build-up. The electronic control unit should be kept dry and free of dust.
The Georgia Cube II 1000 Hot is available with a stainless-steel finish or in a choice of standard RAL colours for the metal base.
This model is categorised as a heated dessert and confectionery showcase for retail and foodservice environments.
