A fan draws warm air across an evaporator coil, cooling it before it is pushed back into the cabinet; the same coil automatically defrosts when frost builds up, melting it into a tray that evaporates the water without manual emptying.

To use the showcase, slide the rear door open, load the tempered glass shelves with trays or plates of confectionery, then close the door. The electronic control unit maintains the set temperature between +4 °C and +8 °C, while LED strips illuminate the interior, casting an even light across every shelf. The double outer tempered glass panels insulate the cabinet, reducing condensation on the outside and keeping the display clear for customers.

The GEORGIA Square 1000 is built from stainless steel and tempered glass, materials chosen for durability and ease of cleaning. The outer panels are brushed stainless steel, the shelves are tempered glass, and the rear door slides on a track rather than swinging, saving space in tight kitchens. Controls are electronic, allowing precise temperature settings and monitoring of the automatic defrost cycle.
