UNIS COOL THAYA HOT GGN2 High Heated Display Case

A heated display case keeps prepared hot foods at serving temperature while presenting them under glass. A concealed heating element warms the air inside the cabinet, and a fan circulates it evenly around the dishes. The glass front and LED lighting let customers see the food clearly without opening the case, so the heat stays inside and the food stays hot. A water reservoir adds moisture to the air, preventing dry-out and keeping textures like pizza crusts and grilled chicken juicy during service.

The operator loads the shelves with hot food, closes the mirrored back door, and sets the hand thermostat to the desired temperature between 30 °C and 90 °C. The built-in fan starts automatically, moving warm air across every shelf. The LED lighting switches on, illuminating the food from above. During service, the operator can replenish dishes through the front glass door without losing much heat, and the water reservoir maintains humidity levels inside the cabinet.

The case is built from stainless steel, with a mirrored back door and a glass front. Two removable shelves allow flexible loading of different dish sizes. The unit measures 746 mm wide, 718 mm deep and 854 mm high, and weighs 91 kg. It plugs into a standard 230 V, 50 Hz single-phase circuit, drawing 2.1 kW when heating.

A temperature range of 30 °C to 90 °C covers holding for most hot foods, from grilled meats to pasta and baked items. The 2.1 kW power rating indicates the load on the electrical supply, so the circuit must be able to handle that demand continuously. The 91 kg weight means the unit is moved with a trolley or two people, and the footprint of 746 by 718 mm determines the counter or floor space it occupies.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces and glass with a damp cloth, removing the shelves to wash them separately, and emptying or refilling the water reservoir as needed. The mirrored back door can be unclipped for deeper cleaning.
