UNIS COOL THAYA HOT GN1 Heated Display Case

A heated display case keeps prepared food at serving temperature while presenting it under glass. The THAYA HOT GN1 circulates warm air around the chamber with an internal fan, distributing heat evenly across every shelf. A built-in water tray adds humidity, preventing dishes from drying out during service. The mirrored back panel reflects the contents, making the display brighter and more appealing without extra lighting. The operator loads the shelves from the front, sets the hand thermostat between 30 °C and 90 °C, and switches the unit on. LED strips illuminate the interior, so food remains visible even in dimly lit areas. A removable water reservoir supplies the humidifying system; it is topped up as needed to maintain moisture levels. Shelves can be taken out for cleaning or rearranged to fit taller items. Construction is stainless steel throughout, including the exterior panels and the mirrored back door. The 1GN footprint matches standard gastronorm tray sizes, allowing the case to slot into existing counter layouts. A single-phase 230 V 50 Hz supply powers the 1.1 kW heating element and fan, drawing the load of a typical kitchen circuit. The 53 kg weight requires two people to lift the unit safely onto a worktop or trolley. Temperature control is via a manual thermostat on the side panel; it adjusts the heat output to hold the chosen setting. The 30–90 °C range covers hot-holding for most cooked dishes, from grilled meats to baked pasta, without risking overcooking. The fan runs continuously while the unit is on, ensuring consistent air flow and preventing hot or cold spots. The seamless inox finish lets you wipe away cooking splashes and fingerprints in seconds, keeping the case gleaming between lunch and dinner service. Shelves and the water tray are removed for thorough washing. The LED lighting is sealed and does not require maintenance. The mirror back door can be unclipped for access to the interior.
