A drop-in self-service chiller holds ready-to-take items at a steady chill without drying them out. A fan draws warm air over an evaporator coil, pulling heat from the cabinet and sending cooled air back across the shelves. The constant circulation keeps every shelf at the same temperature, so the first and last customer find the same freshness. The Virginia 1000 is built as a drop-in unit for a worktop or counter. The operator loads chilled products onto the three wire shelves, sets the electronic control to the desired temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C, and starts the unit. LED strips above and below the shelves light the contents without adding heat. A rear sliding door gives access for restocking and cleaning, while the front double-glazed panel stays closed to keep the chill in. Automatic defrosting and evaporation remove ice from the coil and drain the water away without manual intervention.
