Pan made of cold laminated steel and covered by an anti-acid enamel coating.
ORDER - 6 pcs
Available Options
A deep frying pan built to transfer heat evenly from induction and ceramic hobs into the cooking oil. The base is formed from cold-laminated steel, which conducts energy quickly and holds the temperature steady once set. Over this steel core lies an anti-acid enamel coating that resists the corrosive effects of hot oil, salt and acidic ingredients, preventing pitting and staining that shorten the life of uncoated pans.
The operator lowers food into the hot oil, where the enamel surface ensures no metal leaches into the batch and no flavour is absorbed from previous use. When the timer sounds, the basket lifts out cleanly, leaving the oil ready for the next load without scrubbing or seasoning.
To use, place the pan on an induction or ceramic hob, fill with oil to the marked level, and set the desired temperature. The hob's own controls regulate the power, so the pan itself carries no dials or switches. Once the oil reaches the correct heat, lower the basket of food and monitor the cook. After frying, lift the basket, drain the food, and leave the pan to cool before wiping the interior with a soft cloth.
The construction is cold-laminated steel throughout, giving the pan its rigidity and heat distribution. The anti-acid enamel coating covers every surface that contacts oil or food, eliminating bare metal and the need for re-seasoning. The pan is offered in multiple sizes, allowing the kitchen to match the volume to the expected batch.
Because the pan has no moving parts or electrical components, upkeep is limited to keeping the enamel surface free of burnt-on residue. A soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge removes oil after each session; harsh scourers or metal utensils are avoided to protect the coating. The pan is stored dry to prevent any moisture from sitting on the enamel and causing dulling over time.
Available sizes are selected at order, letting the kitchen choose the footprint and capacity that fit the worktop and the menu.
