The Sammic multifunctional appliance CK-48V combines the advantages of a vegetable cutter and a cutter–emulsifier in one unit.

Each unit is supplied with:
– a motor block (common to all multifunction appliance models)
– a vegetable cutter head (feed opening area: 286 cm²)
– a cutter–emulsifier bowl with a capacity of 8 L

The motor block is made of high-grade aluminium alloy.

A clear, waterproof control panel with LED lighting ensures easy and intuitive operation.

High housing watertightness prevents motor flooding.

The removable stainless-steel bowl is equipped with a polycarbonate lid.

An opening in the lid allows additional ingredients to be added while the appliance is operating.

The cutter–emulsifier bowl is designed for chopping, breaking down, grinding, and mixing all types of products and is particularly suitable for preparing foams, purées, sauces, and soups. It is equipped with a scraper that ensures more thorough mixing of ingredients.

The vegetable cutter head, made of cast aluminium, is characterized by high durability and suitability for intensive use. It is designed for vegetable cutting using discs and grids (accessories sold separately).

The powerful brushless motor efficiently maintains torque across all 10 speed ranges.

The reverse rotation function allows an even more homogeneous product to be obtained.

The pulse function is useful when processing delicate products to prevent them from being reduced to a uniform mass (emulsifier module only).
