VEMA FC2084/F High-Speed Professional Blender

A high-speed blender pulverises, emulsifies and aerates ingredients by forcing them against a spinning blade at thousands of revolutions per minute. The motor drives the blade through a sealed coupling, creating a vortex that pulls food downwards and then flings it outwards against the container walls. This repeated impact breaks down fibres, seeds and ice, producing smooth purées, sauces and batters without lumps or separation.

To operate the FC2084/F, place the ingredients into the 2.3 litre container, secure the lid and select the desired speed. The two-speed control allows 17300 RPM for coarse chopping and 20000 RPM for fine blending. The motor starts instantly and runs until the operator releases the switch, stopping the blade within seconds. Once the mixture reaches the required consistency, the container lifts off the base for immediate use or decanting.

The blender is built as a single stainless steel tower. The base houses the motor and speed selector, while the detachable container is formed from transparent, impact-resistant material. A rubber gasket between the container and the lid prevents leaks during operation. The unit stands on non-slip feet that keep it stable on a worktop during high-speed cycles.

The 0.55 kW motor draws its power from a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, the supply used by most commercial kitchen appliances. The 7 kg weight allows the blender to be moved by one person, yet it remains heavy enough to resist walking during operation. The 220 mm diameter base fits within the footprint of a standard worktop cupboard, leaving adjacent space free for preparation.

After use, the container and lid are removed and washed in hot water with detergent. The stainless steel base is wiped with a damp cloth; water must not enter the motor housing. The rubber gasket should be inspected regularly for wear and replaced when it no longer seals tightly.
