The VEMA GR2015/E combines ice crushing and juicing in a single appliance, handling whole ice blocks and fresh fruit without changing attachments. A robust motor powers a polycarbonate cone that crushes ice into fine particles or presses fruit against a stainless-steel strainer to extract juice. A single feed chute directs output into a removable container below the workhead.

Operation relies on mechanical force rather than heat. A rotating cone pushes ice against a fixed grid, producing consistent flakes or granules. For juicing, the cone presses fruit against a perforated basket, separating liquid from pulp and seeds. This method maintains the temperature of cold ingredients and minimises oxidation, preserving colour and flavour.

To use, load ice or fruit into the top chute, adjust the consistency with a rotary knob, and activate the motor with a push-button switch. A clear polycarbonate guard allows observation during operation. Once the cycle completes, the crushed ice or juice collects in the detachable container for immediate use or storage.

The unit features a polycarbonate crushing cone and stainless-steel housing. Its dimensions—350 mm wide, 540 mm high, and 530 mm deep—fit under standard worktop shelves, with space for rear connections. The 20 kg weight ensures stability on counters, while non-slip feet reduce movement during use.

Controls include a rotary selector for texture and a start button. The selector adjusts the gap between the cone and grid, altering the coarseness of ice or fineness of pulp. The appliance stops manually, with no timer or digital display.
