VEMA Mikseris FL2022 High-Speed Countertop Mixer

A high-speed countertop mixer that emulsifies, blends and purées ingredients in seconds. The Mikseris FL2022 uses a fast-spinning synthetic disc to break down solids and liquids into fine, even textures without heat build-up. The disc's sharp edges and rapid rotation create a vortex that pulls ingredients towards the centre, ensuring every particle is processed uniformly.

To operate, place the transparent 0.8 litre beaker on the base, add ingredients and secure the lid. The main power switch activates the unit, while a micro-switch on the lid ensures the motor only runs when the beaker is properly seated. Select the desired speed with the control dial—up to 18000 rpm—and the mixer will process the contents in under a minute. A thermal cut-out prevents overheating during extended use, automatically shutting off the motor if it exceeds safe operating temperatures.

The FL2022 is built with a synthetic mixing disc as standard, housed in a compact stainless steel body measuring 300 mm wide, 190 mm deep and 410 mm high. The transparent beakers allow operators to monitor progress without stopping the process. A 230 V power supply connects to a standard UK plug, drawing 0.3 kW—light enough for most kitchen circuits. The unit weighs 5 kg, making it easy to move between workstations or store in a cupboard when not in use.

Cleaning is straightforward: remove the beaker and disc, wash both in warm soapy water and rinse. The synthetic disc resists staining and odour retention, while the beakers are dishwasher-safe. Avoid immersing the motor base in water; wipe it with a damp cloth instead. The thermal cut-out requires no maintenance but should be allowed to cool if triggered.

The standard model (FL2022/E) includes transparent beakers. Optional upgrades include a stainless steel disc, turbo stainless steel disc, stainless steel cone and a 12 V motor for mobile or off-grid use. The mixer is categorised under countertop appliances in the VEMA professional catering range.
