The cooking top is made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304 18/10 with a thickness of 2.5 mm, ensuring excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term use. Additional reinforcement is provided by welded pipe supports beneath the surface, enhancing structural stability and extending the lifespan even under intensive use.
The entire structure of the unit, including the body, legs, and additional elements, is entirely made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring a high level of hygiene and easy cleaning.

The unit is equipped with removable drip trays that simplify daily maintenance and keep the work area clean. A 200 mm high rear splashback is integrated to protect wall surfaces from dirt and splashes.

The cooking top uses atmospheric burners, and users can choose from several power options and various WOK ring diameters to suit specific cooking needs:

Type C – 9.5 kW

Type T – 14.0 kW

Type S – 21.0 kW

Type G – 7.5 kW

Type M – 4.5 kW

Type P – 3.0 kW
