The cooking surface is made of high-quality AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with a thickness of 2.5 mm, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion, mechanical damage, and high temperatures. The surface structure is additionally reinforced with welded pipes, providing stability and ensuring long-term durability even under intensive use.

The unit is equipped with a runner system and an automatic cleaning mechanism that operates using water sprays. This function significantly eases daily maintenance, reduces cleaning time, and helps maintain high hygiene standards in the kitchen. A water tap with a 300 mm projection is integrated into the splashback, providing convenient access to water for both cleaning and cooking purposes. The splashback is reinforced and reaches a height of 500 mm.

To help keep the work area clean, the stove is fitted with a metal wire net for collecting larger food residues.

A key advantage is the knee-operated lever control for gas valves, allowing the stove to be used hands-free – especially convenient and hygienic in professional kitchens, where hands are often busy or dirty. The stove is also equipped with removable drip pans that simplify cleaning and daily maintenance.

The cooking top uses atmospheric burners, and users can choose from several power options and various WOK ring diameters to suit specific cooking needs:
