Professional-grade gas hob with neutral cabinet, where quality meets functionality. Designed for intensive use, combining reliability, safety, and modern design.
6 burners: 3x 4,5 kW + 3x 4,5 kW
1 neutral cabinet
A six-burner gas hob built into a stainless-steel worktop and neutral cupboard, designed for continuous use in professional kitchens. Gas hobs transfer heat directly from the flame to the pan, eliminating the lag of electric elements and giving the chef instant control over the cooking temperature. The open burners allow rapid heat adjustment, making them suitable for techniques that demand quick changes—searing, sautéing or reducing sauces—while the steady output maintains a consistent simmer for stocks and braises.
The sequence begins by igniting each burner manually. The operator turns the control knob to the pilot position, where the thermocouple safety system keeps the flame alight; further rotation opens the main gas valve and adjusts the flame height. Once the pan is in place on the cast-iron grates, the hob responds immediately to any change in the knob setting, so the chef can move from a rolling boil to a gentle simmer without waiting. After cooking, the burners are turned off and the grates and worktop are left to cool before cleaning.
The worktop is fabricated from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, with a 22 mm deep recessed channel around the perimeter that collects spills and juices, keeping the surface dry and organised. Six open burners are arranged in two rows of three, each burner made of chromed cast iron and fitted with a thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot light. The grates are solid cast iron with a glossy porcelain enamel finish that resists acids and is compatible with single or double burners, so pans can straddle two flames for even heating. Control knobs and handles are heat-resistant and feature a cool-grip design to prevent burns during extended service. Adjustable legs, also in AISI 304 stainless steel, provide stability on uneven floors and set the working height for ergonomic use.
The power rating of 3 × 4.5 kW on each side indicates the load on the gas supply; this hob requires a commercial-grade connection capable of delivering the total demand without pressure drop. The footprint of 1050 × 700 mm determines the space it occupies on the worktop or island, while the 850 mm height fits beneath standard overhead extraction canopies. The 700 mm depth allows integration with modular kitchen units, and the neutral cupboard below offers enclosed storage for utensils or ingredients.
Cleaning follows the materials: the stainless-steel worktop and recessed channel are wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasives that could scratch the surface. Cast-iron grates are removed and washed in hot soapy water, then dried thoroughly to prevent rust. The porcelain enamel finish resists staining, but any acidic residue should be cleaned promptly to maintain its gloss. Control knobs can be wiped with a damp cloth, and the cool-grip handles remain safe to touch even after prolonged use. Adjustable legs are cleaned in the same way as the worktop, and the neutral cupboard interior is wiped out regularly to keep stored items free from dust and grease.
The unit is certified to European Community safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with professional kitchen regulations.
