Professional-grade gas hob with neutral cabinet, where quality meets functionality. Designed for intensive use, combining reliability, safety, and modern design.
4 burners: 2x 4,5 kW + 2x 7,5 kW
1 neutral cabinet
A professional gas hob with an integrated neutral cupboard beneath, designed for continuous service in commercial kitchens. The hob surface heats by open gas flames that transfer energy directly to pots and pans, eliminating the delay of an electric element and giving the chef instant control over heat intensity. Each burner is lit manually, allowing the operator to verify ignition before releasing gas, which is the standard safety sequence for professional gas appliances. The work sequence begins with adjusting the legs to level the unit on the kitchen floor. The chef places a pan on the cast-iron grate above the chosen burner, turns the control knob to the pilot position to light the safety flame, then continues to the desired flame setting. The hob's power range permits everything from a gentle simmer to a rolling boil, accommodating sauces, stocks and rapid searing. Once cooking is complete, the knob is returned to the off position, cutting the gas supply and extinguishing the flame. The worktop is fabricated from 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, a grade chosen for its resistance to corrosion and staining in a wet, acidic kitchen environment. A 22 mm deep recessed channel runs along the rear edge, collecting spills and juices that would otherwise spread across the surface, keeping the workspace organised and reducing the risk of cross-contamination. The burners themselves are cast from chromed cast iron, a material that withstands repeated thermal cycling without warping or scaling. Each burner assembly includes a thermoelectric safety device and a shielded pilot light, automatically shutting off the gas if the flame is extinguished. The grates are made of cast iron coated with a glossy porcelain enamel that resists acids and alkalis, preventing pitting and discolouration. They are designed to span either one or two burners, allowing the chef to use oversized pots without balancing them on narrow supports. Control knobs and handles are moulded from heat-resistant material with a cool-grip feature, reducing the chance of burns during prolonged service. The unit measures 800 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 850 mm high, a footprint that fits standard worktop runs while leaving clearance for extraction hoods above. The power rating of 2 × 4.5 kW and 2 × 7.5 kW indicates the load on the gas supply; these figures help the kitchen planner size the gas line and meter to avoid pressure drops during peak demand. The adjustable legs, also in AISI 304 stainless steel, provide stability on uneven floors and allow the chef to set the hob at the correct ergonomic height. The deep-relief stainless-steel surface channels spills directly into its recessed trough, so wiping away liquids and sauces takes only a single pass with a cloth. The stainless steel worktop can be wiped down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, while the recessed channel is rinsed and dried to prevent standing water. The porcelain-enamelled grates are removed and washed in a sink or dishwasher, and the burners are lifted off for brushing to clear any carbonised residue. The cool-grip knobs and handles are wiped with a damp cloth, avoiding abrasive cleaners that could damage the surface. The neutral cupboard beneath the hob provides enclosed storage for utensils, pots or ingredients, keeping them within arm's reach but protected from splashes and heat. The entire unit is certified to EU safety and quality standards, confirming that it meets the requirements for professional use in commercial kitchens.
