A professional and durable gas grill with a ribbed surface that ensures even heat distribution and easy cleaning. Equipped with safety features, ideal for a professional kitchen.
A gas fry top grill heats a thick steel plate with a high-efficiency burner beneath. The plate's ribs conduct heat evenly across the surface, so meat, fish or vegetables brown without scorching. The burner's two flame tubes spread the heat, and the thermostat keeps the temperature steady from low simmer to full sear.
To start, the operator turns the gas safety tap, presses the piezoelectric ignition and sets the control knob to the desired heat. The thermocouple cuts the gas if the flame goes out, so the unit can be left unattended once lit. Food is placed directly on the ribbed AISI 430 plate; the ribs hold the item above any rendered fat, letting it drain into the front channel. A removable drawer collects the fat, so the worktop stays clean and the fat can be disposed of separately.
The grill surface is 15 mm thick AISI 430 steel with a smooth finish that browns evenly and resists warping. Rounded corners and a continuous weld on the AISI 304 stainless-steel splashguards make cleaning quick. A flue chimney at the top draws steam and smoke away, protecting the kitchen atmosphere. The grease channel at the front has a drain hole that leads to the collection drawer, so excess liquid never pools on the plate.
Control knobs are made from heat-resistant material with a cool-grip coating, so they stay safe to touch even when the plate is hot. The unit is designed for bench mounting and sits on sturdy legs that keep it stable on uneven floors.
The 12 kW power rating means the grill draws a steady load on a commercial gas supply, suitable for medium to high-volume service. The 700 mm width gives enough space for multiple items at once, while the 700 mm depth allows the operator to work without reaching across hot surfaces. The 850 mm height fits under standard extractor canopies and leaves room for the neutral cabinet beneath.
Cleaning is straightforward: the fat drawer slides out, the grease channel is wiped down, and the AISI 304 splashguards and work surface are scrubbed with a non-abrasive pad. The acid-resistant flue chimney does not corrode, so it stays clear of blockages.
The model is supplied as a single unit with integrated neutral cabinet, ready for bench mounting.
