A professional and durable gas grill with a ribbed surface that ensures even heat distribution and easy cleaning. Equipped with safety features, ideal for a professional kitchen.
A gas ribbed grill surface heats a thick steel plate from below with two flame tubes, spreading heat evenly across the cooking area. The ribbed design creates channels that guide fat and juices away from food, reducing flare-ups and keeping the finished dish crisp rather than greasy. This method gives the sear and grill marks expected from a professional kitchen without the need for an open flame above the food.
The operator lights the grill by pressing the piezoelectric ignition, which sparks the gas burner. A thermocouple monitors the flame and shuts off the gas if it goes out, preventing leaks. The control knob adjusts the burner from low to full power, allowing the chef to move from gentle warming to high-heat searing. Food is placed directly on the ribbed plate; fat and juices run down the channels into a front grease drain, where they collect in a removable drawer for easy disposal.
The work surface and splashguards are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners, chosen for resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The heating plate itself is 15 mm thick AISI 430 steel, which holds heat well and distributes it evenly. An integrated flue chimney at the top draws steam away, keeping the kitchen air clearer and reducing condensation on nearby surfaces.
Control knobs are made from heat-resistant material with cool-grip technology, so they remain safe to touch even when the grill is running at full temperature. The unit is designed for bench mounting and sits on sturdy legs that prevent wobble during use.
A 12 kW power rating means the grill draws a significant load, so it requires a dedicated gas line capable of supplying the necessary pressure and volume. The 800 mm width provides ample cooking space for multiple items at once, while the 700 mm depth fits neatly into a standard worktop run without overhang. The 850 mm height allows the chef to work comfortably while standing, and the overall footprint leaves room for other equipment on either side.
Cleaning involves removing the fat collection drawer and emptying it, then wiping down the ribbed plate and splashguards with a scraper and cloth. The grease drain channel can be flushed with hot water to clear any residue. The rounded corners and smooth surfaces of the stainless steel reduce places where food particles can lodge, making daily upkeep quicker.
The model is supplied as a single unit with no stated variants.
