4 burners + oven
Gas: 2 x 4,5 kW + 2 x 4,5 kW + 7.9 kW
A gas stove combines direct flame heat on the worktop with a radiant oven below, giving chefs immediate response on the burners and even baking inside the chamber. The open burners heat pans quickly and let the operator see the flame, adjusting it by eye for searing, simmering or holding. The oven circulates hot air around the food, browning pastry, roasting joints and proofing dough without cold spots. Both elements run on mains gas, so the unit draws no electrical load beyond the ignition spark and the safety thermocouple circuit.
The sequence starts on the worktop. The operator places a pan on one of the four cast-iron grates, turns the control knob to the pilot position and presses the piezoelectric igniter. Once the pilot flame is alight, the knob is turned further to release the main gas flow; the thermocouple senses the heat and keeps the valve open. Each burner can be set independently, so one pan can boil while another simmers. Below, the oven is lit in the same way: pilot first, then main flame, with the thermostat dial selecting the temperature between 50 °C and 300 °C. The oven door seal traps the heat, and the stainless-steel chamber reflects it back onto the food.
The worktop is a single sheet of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel pressed with a 22 mm recess around the burners. Liquids collect in the recess, keeping the rest of the surface dry and reducing the risk of spills reaching the floor. The burners themselves are chromium-plated cast iron, chosen for its ability to withstand repeated heating and cooling without warping. Each grate is a single piece of cast iron coated with glossy porcelain enamel, which resists acids from food and detergents and can be wiped clean without scrubbing. The oven chamber is AISI 430 stainless steel, while the bottom is FE steel for extra durability under direct flame. Both oven doors are also AISI 430, double-walled to keep the outer surface cool, and fitted with a heat-resistant seal.
Four control knobs on the front panel set the four burners; a fifth knob controls the oven thermostat. Each knob is made of heat-resistant material with a cool-grip design, so the operator can adjust settings without risk of burns. The adjustable legs, also stainless steel, level the unit on uneven floors and raise it to a comfortable working height.
The gas input is split into two circuits: one for the four 4.5 kW burners and one for the 7.9 kW oven. This separation means the oven can be used alone without lighting the burners, reducing gas consumption when only baking is needed. The 700 mm width fits standard worktop runs, while the 850 mm height matches most wall cupboards, leaving clearance for extraction hoods above.
Cleaning is organised around the materials. The stainless-steel worktop and recess can be wiped with a damp cloth and detergent; the porcelain-coated grates lift off for deeper cleaning. The oven chamber is smooth stainless steel, so food residue does not stick; the FE steel bottom can be scraped without damaging the surface. The door seal should be checked regularly for cracks, and the thermocouple probes cleaned to ensure the safety system remains responsive.
The model is supplied as a single unit with no variants or accessories listed in the catalogue. It is placed in the gas cooking section alongside other CASTA stoves and ovens.
