6 burners + oven GN 2/1 MAXI
Gas: 3 x 4,5 kW + 3 x 4,5kW + 12 kW
A gas stove with an integrated oven combines direct flame heat on the worktop with radiant and convected heat inside the chamber. Open burners transfer energy straight from the flame to the pan, giving instant response when the operator turns the knob. The oven surrounds the food with hot air that rises from the burner at the base, spreads across the shelves and returns to the burner, creating an even temperature throughout the cavity. This dual system lets the kitchen run multiple cooking processes at once: searing, simmering and baking on the same unit without cross-contamination or flavour transfer. The sequence begins by lighting the pilot flames on the burners. Each knob is turned to the ignition position, the piezoelectric spark lights the pilot, and the thermocouple keeps the gas flowing only while the flame is present. Once the pilots are stable, the operator selects the required burner, turns the knob further and the main flame ignites. Pans are placed on the cast-iron grids that sit over each burner, allowing the flame to wrap around the base for maximum contact. In the oven, the pilot is lit in the same way, then the thermostat is set between 50 °C and 300 °C. The oven door is closed, the seal holds the heat in, and the chamber reaches the set temperature before the food is loaded on the internal grid. The worktop is a single sheet of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel pressed with a 22 mm recess around the edges. This trough collects spills and juices, keeping the surface clear for the next task. Six open burners are arranged in two rows of three; each burner is chromium-plated cast iron with a protected pilot flame and a thermoelectric safety thermocouple. The grids over the burners are cast iron coated with glossy porcelain enamel, resisting acids and preventing food from sticking. Under the worktop, the oven chamber is AISI 430 stainless steel with a FE steel base. Both the outer and inner oven doors are AISI 430 stainless steel, double-walled and sealed to retain heat. Adjustable legs, also AISI 304 stainless steel, level the stove on uneven floors and raise it to a comfortable working height. The controls are six knobs for the burners and one for the oven. Each burner knob sets the flame size from low to high, giving precise temperature control for each pan. The oven knob adjusts the thermostat between 50 °C and 300 °C, covering everything from gentle proofing to roasting. All knobs and handles are made of heat-resistant material with a cool-grip surface, so they can be touched even when the unit is hot. A gas input of 3x4.5 kW for the front burners, 3x4.5 kW for the rear burners and 12 kW for the oven means the stove requires a dedicated commercial gas supply capable of delivering the full load without pressure drop. The 1050 mm width, 700 mm depth and 850 mm height give a footprint that fits standard worktop runs while leaving space for adjacent equipment. The adjustable legs allow the unit to be raised or lowered to match existing counters or to clear under-counter storage. The deep stainless-steel worktop recess catches spills and splatters directly beneath each burner, so wiping the surface after searing or boiling leaves no residue on the counter. The stainless steel worktop and recess can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent; the pressed trough prevents liquids from spreading. The cast-iron burners and grids are lifted out, scrubbed with a non-abrasive pad and dried to prevent rust. The porcelain enamel coating on the grids resists acids and makes food release easier. The oven chamber and door are wiped after each use to remove grease and spills before they carbonise; the seal is checked for damage and cleaned with a soft brush. The adjustable legs are wiped down and checked for stability. The stove is supplied with one internal oven grid and a reduction ring for the burners, allowing smaller pans to be used safely. The unit is certified to European Union EC standards, confirming it meets safety and quality requirements for professional kitchens.
