A bratt pan combines a deep, tilting cooking vessel with a heating element beneath, allowing chefs to braise, stew, fry or boil in a single appliance. The flat base and sloping sides create an even heat zone that reaches every part of the food at once, while the manual tilt mechanism lets the operator pour liquids or transfer cooked batches without lifting a heavy pan off the hob. The sequence begins by filling the vessel through the tap mounted on the flue riser, setting the thermostat anywhere between 100 °C and 300 °C, and waiting for the element to bring the contents to the chosen temperature. Once the pan is hot, ingredients are added directly to the base, stirred or turned as needed, and finally tipped out through the pouring lip when the dish is ready. The counterbalanced lid stays open at any angle without support, keeping hands free for stirring or seasoning. Construction is entirely AISI 304 stainless steel, including the vessel body, cooking base, lid and hinges. The same material is used for the adjustable legs, which level the unit on uneven floors and raise it to a comfortable working height. A water tap fixed to the flue riser supplies the vessel without moving the pan, and the manual tilt mechanism operates smoothly without electric assistance. An 8.7 kW heating element draws a substantial load, requiring its own dedicated circuit in a commercial kitchen. The 800 mm width and 700 mm depth determine the space it occupies on the worktop, while the 850 mm height sets the clearance needed above it. The adjustable temperature range from 100 °C to 300 °C covers everything from gentle simmering to rapid frying or searing. Stainless steel surfaces shed grease and stock residues the moment hot water hits them, so the pan is ready for the next batch without scrubbing. The stainless steel surfaces can be scrubbed with non-abrasive cleaners, the lid hinges and tilt mechanism require occasional lubrication, and the tap should be flushed after each use to prevent scale build-up. The unit is supplied as a single model without variants.
