The CASTA FRY-TOP FTSPS/1G1PK.BC is a gas-powered smooth grill surface. Its grilling surface is made of AISI 430 stainless steel and features a small protective edge on all four sides. Residues drain easily via an integrated, removable drip-tray. A smoke outlet is located at the rear. The grill has two high-efficiency gas burners with triple flame tubes, creating two independent heating zones. Each burner includes a safety gas valve, thermocouple, and piezoelectric ignition for precise temperature regulation. Control knobs use "Cool-Grip" technology and are made from heat-resistant material. Adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel legs allow for height adjustment. The unit has a power rating of 19.8 kW and dimensions of 1020 mm (length) x 530 mm (width) x 850 mm (height). It is listed under gas grill tops.
