This professional electric stove with a ceramic surface is designed with functionality, durability, and ease of use in mind for intensive working environments.
4 cooking zones with a power of 2.5 kW
A ceramic electric stove heats the cooking surface with radiant elements sealed beneath a smooth ceramic plate. The elements glow when powered, transferring heat directly to the base of pans without open flames or exposed coils. This method spreads heat evenly across the marked zones, reducing hot spots and allowing precise temperature control for simmering, frying or boiling. Because the surface stays flat, spills do not drip into burners and cleaning is faster than on a traditional hob.
The LADY 700 has four separate cooking zones, each controlled by its own knob. The operator places a pan on the zone marked by the serigraph, turns the knob to the desired setting and waits for the ceramic to reach temperature. The surface glows red under the pan, showing the zone is active. When cooking is finished, the knob is returned to zero and the zone cools. The stove remains on until all knobs are off, so unused zones can stay hot while others are turned down.
The entire unit is built from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish. The frame, control panel and adjustable legs are all stainless, resisting corrosion and standing up to daily cleaning with commercial detergents. The ceramic cooking surface is bonded to the steel top, creating a seamless worktop that meets hygiene standards in professional kitchens. Control knobs and handles are made of heat-resistant material designed to stay cool to the touch, even when the stove is operating at full power.
A power rating of 4 × 2.5 kW means the stove draws 10 kW in total. It requires a 400 V three-phase supply, the standard circuit in larger kitchens. The footprint of 800 × 700 mm fits on most commercial worktops, while the height of 275 mm allows it to slide under wall cupboards or shelves. Adjustable legs let the operator level the stove on uneven floors or raise it to match the height of adjacent equipment.
Cleaning is done with a damp cloth and mild detergent once the ceramic surface has cooled. The smooth ceramic plate and stainless steel body prevent food and grease from sticking, so daily wipe-downs keep the stove looking new. The serigraph markings remain visible after repeated cleaning, ensuring pans are always placed correctly. No disassembly is needed for routine maintenance.
The LADY 700 is a single model with no variants. It is placed in the CASTA catalogue under electric stoves, ceramic hobs and professional cooking equipment.
