This electric hob is an excellent solution when a reliable, durable, and easy-to-clean appliance is needed for intensive daily use in restaurants, cafés, or canteens.
4 cooking zones with a diameter of 220 mm and a power of 2.6 kW.
An electric stove top heats food by passing current through cast-iron plates. The metal resists warping, spreads the heat evenly across its surface and holds the temperature once set. Because the heat comes from below and rises steadily, the food cooks without hot spots or sudden changes, making it suitable for sauces, frying and simmering that need consistent results. The operator places a pan on one of the four round plates and turns the seven-position switch to the desired level. Each plate heats independently, so several dishes can be prepared at once. The pressed stainless-steel worktop collects any spills in a recessed channel, keeping the surface clear and reducing the risk of slips or burns. A neutral cabinet below provides storage for utensils, pans or ingredients within arm's reach. The stove top is built from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. Cast-iron plates 220 mm in diameter sit flush with the worktop, while control knobs and handles are made of heat-resistant material that stays cool to the touch. Adjustable stainless-steel legs allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors or matched to the height of adjacent work surfaces. A 400 V three-phase supply powers four 2.6 kW elements, drawing enough current to bring each plate to working temperature quickly. The voltage requirement matches the standard circuit found in professional kitchens, avoiding the need for special wiring. The overall footprint of 800 mm by 700 mm fits into a standard worktop run, leaving space for other appliances or prep areas. The Scotch Brite finish on every stainless-steel surface lets grease and spills slide off with a single wipe, so the stove top stays ready for the next service without scrubbing. The recessed channel can be rinsed and wiped after use, while the cast-iron plates are cleaned once cooled. The neutral cabinet is emptied and wiped down as needed, with no special treatment required for the stainless-steel interior. The LADY 700 is supplied as a single unit combining the stove top and neutral cabinet, ready for connection to a 400 V three-phase circuit.
