This electric fryer is a reliable and efficient appliance designed for professional use in kitchens where fast and even frying is essential.
2 tanks 13+13 liters
A professional electric fryer with two independent 13 L tanks allows simultaneous frying of different foods at separate temperatures. Each tank heats oil with submerged stainless-steel elements; the elements are sheathed and mounted so they can be swung out of the tank for thorough cleaning. A precision thermostat in each tank cycles the elements to hold the chosen temperature, while a second, safety thermostat cuts power if the oil overheats, preventing fire and oil breakdown. The operator fills each tank with oil to the marked level, lowers the basket of food into the hot oil, and sets the thermostat. An orange indicator shows the unit is live; a green light confirms the elements are heating. When the food reaches the desired colour and texture, the basket is lifted and drained over the tank. A separate stainless-steel oil-draining tank is supplied for filtering or replacing oil between services. The tanks are pressed from a single sheet of 1.5 mm AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners for strength and hygiene. The control panel sits between the tanks and carries the two indicator lights and the thermostat dials. The cabinet door is steel with a magnetic catch, and the adjustable stainless-steel legs level the unit on uneven floors. Each 13 L tank gives a practical frying capacity for medium batches of chips, fish or other items without crowding. The 24 kW total power load requires a three-phase 400 V supply, typical of professional kitchens. The 800 mm width fits a standard worktop run, while the 850 mm height allows the operator to reach the baskets comfortably. The 700 mm depth leaves space for the oil-draining tank behind the unit. Cleaning involves swinging the heating elements out of the tanks, wiping the interior with a soft cloth and mild detergent, and rinsing. The rounded corners and smooth welds prevent food debris from catching. The oil-draining tank is washed separately and stored when not in use. The adjustable legs are wiped down and checked for stability. The appliance is supplied with two baskets, two lids and one stainless-steel oil-draining tank. This twin-tank fryer is built as a single, fixed-capacity unit to deliver consistent frying performance without the complexity of adjustable vats.
