CASTA LADY 700 gas smooth grill with neutral cabinet L7/KTG1BALC

A gas smooth grill surface heats a solid chrome-plated steel plate from below with a high-efficiency burner. The plate absorbs the heat and spreads it evenly across its entire area, so every part of the surface reaches the same temperature. This method gives a consistent sear and cooks food without hot spots, whether the load is a single steak or a full service of eggs and vegetables.

The operator lights the burner with piezo ignition, then sets the thermostatic control tap to the desired position between 0 and 8. The burner's two flame tubes distribute heat under the 15 mm plate, and the thermocouple monitors the temperature to prevent overheating. Food is placed directly on the plate; excess fat and juices run off the smooth surface into a front drainage hole and collect in a removable drawer beneath the cabinet. Splash guards on three sides keep the worktop clean.

The entire unit is built from AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, including the neutral cabinet below the grill surface. The chrome-plated steel plate resists warping and corrosion, while the stainless steel splash guards and grease drawer simplify daily cleaning. Handles and control knobs are made of heat-resistant material to prevent burns during operation.

A 6 kW gas load requires a dedicated commercial gas line and adequate ventilation. The 400 mm depth and 700 mm width fit a standard worktop run, while the 850 mm height allows the operator to work standing without bending. The neutral cabinet below provides enclosed storage for utensils or ingredients at ambient temperature.

Cleaning involves wiping the chrome-plated plate after each service, emptying and washing the grease drawer, and scrubbing the splash guards and cabinet exterior with stainless steel cleaner. The Scotch Brite finish reduces visible scratches and fingerprints, keeping the unit presentable through heavy use.
