A professional device that combines power, safety, and the durability of stainless steel – for daily use in the most demanding kitchens.
A gas hob with an integrated electric oven combines direct flame heat for immediate response on the hob with radiant electric elements for even, controlled baking below. The hob's atmospheric burner draws in primary air around the gas jet, mixing it before ignition to produce a stable, adjustable flame that responds instantly to the knob. This method gives the chef precise control over searing, sautéing and boiling without waiting for a heating element to warm up or cool down. The electric oven circulates heat from upper and lower elements, allowing separate or combined operation for baking, roasting or grilling. Two independent thermostats maintain the set temperature between 100 °C and 300 °C, so the oven can hold a gentle simmer for custards or reach the high heat needed for crisp pastry.
To start the hob, the operator turns the knob to the ignition position; a piezoelectric spark lights the pilot flame, which in turn ignites the main burner. The safety thermocouple monitors the flame; if it extinguishes, the gas valve shuts automatically. For the oven, the operator sets the desired temperature on one or both thermostats, then selects the heating element with the corresponding switch. Once the oven reaches temperature, a light indicates it is ready. The door remains cool to the touch thanks to an athermal handle and double-walled construction with a heat-resistant gasket.
The hob surface is a 12 mm semi-soft steel radiant plate with a removable central section for easy access to the burner. The oven chamber and door are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for durability and hygiene. The door has an inner panel and a durable gasket to retain heat and improve insulation. Controls include a piezoelectric ignition plate for the hob, a gas safety valve with thermocouple, two oven thermostats, and two switches for the upper and lower heating elements.
The 12 kW gas burner requires a dedicated gas line capable of supplying the full load without pressure drop, while the 5.48 kW electric oven needs a 380 V three-phase circuit to power its heating elements. The overall dimensions of 1200 mm wide, 900 mm deep and 850 mm high determine the worktop space it occupies and the clearance needed for ventilation and safe operation.
Cleaning the hob involves removing the central section of the radiant plate to reach the burner and drip tray. The stainless steel oven chamber and door wipe clean with standard kitchen sanitiser, and the gasket can be removed for thorough cleaning if needed. The athermal handle and cool outer surfaces reduce the risk of burns during maintenance.
The LADYQ 900 LQ/TPG4NE is a single model with no variants. It is positioned in the professional catering range for medium to large kitchens requiring both hob and oven in one unit.
