A professional device that combines power, safety, and the durability of stainless steel – for daily use in the most demanding kitchens.
A gas hob and static oven in one unit, the CASTA LADYQ 900 combines open-flame cooking on the worktop with steady heat in the oven chamber below. Gas burners heat the hob surface directly, giving instant response to the tap and even heat across the pan base. The static oven relies on radiant heat from a stainless-steel burner, distributing warmth throughout the chamber without forced air so that roasts and baked goods cook evenly and retain moisture.
The sequence begins with the hob. The operator places pans on the 12 mm mild-steel cooking surface, lights the burners with the piezoelectric igniter, and adjusts the open-type gas taps to the desired flame. A flame-failure device cuts the gas if the flame goes out, while the protected thermocouple and pilot light keep the system safe. Below, the oven is set with the 0–7 position valve, which regulates the burner from low simmer to full roast. The GN 2/1 chamber holds standard gastronorm trays, and the thick AISI 430 base ensures durability under heavy use.
Construction is entirely AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, giving a smooth, corrosion-resistant surface. The 2 mm worktop has rounded edges to prevent damage to pans and cloths, and the central section of the hob lifts out for thorough cleaning. Handles and control knobs use cool-touch material, remaining safe to touch even after hours of operation. Adjustable stainless-steel legs allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors.
The 12 kW hob burner draws gas at a rate that matches a standard catering supply, while the 8.6 kW oven burner provides enough heat for roasting and baking. The 800 mm width fits a standard worktop run, and the 900 mm depth leaves room for trays and utensils without overhang. The 850 mm height allows comfortable access for most operators, and the unit's weight ensures stability during use.
Cleaning follows the materials: the removable hob section and divided oven base allow access to burners and pilot lights, while the stainless-steel surfaces wipe clean with standard kitchen cleaners. The flame-failure device and thermocouple require no daily maintenance beyond visual checks.
The LADYQ 900 is a single model with no variants, designed for professional kitchens that need both hob and oven in one compact footprint.
