The gas stove LQ/CUG8NE.8G is a high-quality professional appliance that combines durability, functionality, and safety. It is ideally suited for professional kitchens where a reliable and efficient solution is needed for intensive daily use.
8 burners + 2x electric ovens GN 2/1
Power: 8 x 7,4 (5.48 kW)
A professional gas range that combines eight high-output burners on the hob with two electric ovens beneath, giving a single appliance the capacity to sear, simmer, bake and roast simultaneously. The gas burners produce an open flame that transfers heat directly to pots and pans, allowing instant response to changes in setting and even distribution across the base. Below, the electric ovens circulate heated air around the cavity, using upper and lower elements to create consistent temperatures from top to bottom. This dual-fuel arrangement lets the kitchen run gas hobs for speed and control while relying on electric ovens for steady, predictable results across long service.
The sequence begins by lighting the burners: each tap is turned to the pilot position, the manual ignition is sparked, and the flame-failure safety device confirms a stable burn before the tap is opened further. Once the burners are alight, pans are placed on the cast iron grates and the taps adjusted to the required intensity. In the ovens, the thermostats are set between 70 °C and 300 °C; the upper and lower elements cycle on and off to maintain the chosen temperature. Trays and grids slide onto runners inside each oven, and the doors seal with a gasket to retain heat. Throughout service, the hob's drip trays collect spills, while the embossed worktop channels overflow away from the burners.
Construction is entirely AISI 304 stainless steel, 2.0 mm thick on the hob and rounded at the edges to eliminate sharp corners. The hob surface is embossed to form a raised rim that contains spills, and the drip trays beneath are 95 mm deep, pressed from the same grade of steel. Cast iron burners with porcelain coating resist corrosion and distribute heat evenly, while the black enamelled grates support pans securely and allow air to circulate. The oven interiors are also stainless steel, with a double-walled door and gasket to improve insulation. Adjustable legs raise or lower the unit to match the worktop height, and all knobs and handles are heat-resistant with a cool-grip finish.
Controls consist of eight open-type gas taps with thermocouple safety, each controlling one burner, and four oven knobs: two for temperature (upper and lower elements) and two for function (on/off and light). The taps provide infinite adjustment from low simmer to full boil, while the oven thermostats allow precise selection between 70 °C and 300 °C, covering everything from gentle proofing to high-temperature roasting.
A footprint of 1600 mm wide by 900 mm deep fits standard professional kitchen runs, and the 850 mm height allows integration beneath extractor canopies. The 5.48 kW electric oven load requires a dedicated circuit, while the 8-burner gas input demands a commercial-rated supply. The 2.0 mm stainless steel construction and cast iron components add weight that calls for a solid floor, and the adjustable legs compensate for uneven surfaces.
Cleaning follows from the materials: the hob surface and drip trays are removable for washing, the embossed rim prevents spills from spreading, and the porcelain-coated burners wipe clean. The oven interiors and doors are smooth stainless steel, and the gasket can be replaced if damaged. The patented drip tray design allows quick removal without tools, and the grates lift off for thorough scrubbing.
The LADYQ 900 is supplied with one internal oven grid and one burner reduction ring, allowing the hob to accept smaller pans where needed.
