A professional device that combines power, safety, and the durability of stainless steel – for daily use in the most demanding kitchens.
A solid top gas range spreads heat evenly across a thick steel plate, letting chefs sear, simmer and sauté without hot spots. The steel plate absorbs the flame's energy and radiates it steadily, so pans stay at a constant temperature while the chef moves them around the surface. Because the heat comes from below and rises through the metal, the top stays cooler at the edges, giving a natural temperature gradient from front to back and side to side. This gradient lets one range handle several dishes at once, each at its own stage of cooking.
The LADYQ 900 is built as a single 800 mm worktop unit. The operator lights the atmospheric burners with a piezoelectric spark, then adjusts the flame with the open-type gas valve. A pilot flame stays alight and a thermocouple monitors the burner; if the flame fails, the thermocouple shuts the gas off automatically. The 12 mm steel plate is split into a fixed outer ring and a removable centre section, so the chef can lift the centre out for thorough cleaning without disturbing the rest of the range.
The range is constructed entirely from AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel, including the body, splash-back and control panel. The 12 kW gas input is drawn from a standard catering supply and distributed across the burners to maintain the plate temperature. The footprint of 800 × 900 mm fits a standard worktop depth and leaves room for a shelf or cupboard below.
Controls are a single gas valve per burner and a piezoelectric ignition button. The valve sets the flame height, which in turn controls the heat output to the steel plate. The ignition button produces a spark that lights the burner without an external flame or match.
The 12 kW power rating shows the total gas load the range will place on the kitchen's supply. The 800 mm width matches the most common worktop modules, while the 275 mm height allows the range to sit flush with adjacent equipment. The 12 mm steel plate thickness ensures the surface holds heat without warping under repeated use.
Cleaning is done in two stages: the removable centre section is lifted out and scrubbed separately, while the fixed outer ring is wiped down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The AISI 304 stainless steel resists corrosion and staining, so the surface stays hygienic with daily care. The atmospheric burners are cleaned by brushing out any debris after the range has cooled.
The LADYQ 900 is supplied as a single unit with no variants.
