A professional-grade gas hob where quality meets functionality. Designed for intensive use, combining reliability, safety, and modern design.
2 burners: 7,4 kW + 7,4 kW
A gas hob heats pots and pans directly with an open flame. The burner mixes gas with air to create a controlled fire beneath the cooking vessel. This method transfers heat instantly and adjusts quickly when the valve is turned, giving the chef immediate response for searing, boiling or simmering. The flame also reaches the sides of the pan, heating a larger area than an electric element of the same size.
To use the hob, the operator places a pan on the cast-iron grate, turns the mechanical valve to ignite the pilot light manually, then opens the valve further to set the flame height. A thermocouple safety system cuts the gas if the flame goes out, preventing leaks. The hob holds two independent burners, each with its own valve and flame, so two dishes can be cooked at once or one burner can be left off to save gas.
The 900 mm width provides space for two large pots side by side without crowding. The 400 mm depth fits standard worktop depths, leaving room for splashbacks and taps behind. The 275 mm height clears most under-counter cupboards when installed on a worktop. The dual 7.4 kW burners draw a combined load that requires a dedicated gas supply line in a professional kitchen.
The hob is built from AISI 304 stainless steel, a grade chosen for corrosion resistance and hygiene. The 2 mm top sheet is pressed into a raised pattern that channels spills into two removable drip trays, each 95 mm deep. The trays are made from the same stainless steel and can be lifted out for emptying and washing. Cast-iron burners and grates withstand high temperatures and resist acids from food and cleaning agents. The grates are coated with black enamel for durability and appearance.
Mechanical valves control each burner, with cool-touch knobs that stay safe to handle during use. The hob is designed for worktop installation and has stable feet to prevent movement.
Cleaning involves removing the drip trays and grates, wiping the stainless steel surface with a damp cloth, and washing the trays and grates separately. The pressed pattern on the top sheet helps contain spills, reducing the spread of liquids across the worktop.
