CASTA Wok Gas Cooking Stove 600x700 mm 275 mm high

This CASTA wok gas cooking stove, article LS01060070BB, is designed for wok cooking stations and ethnic cuisine equipment.

The stove uses atmospheric burners for direct flame heating of the wok, with gas flow regulation for intensity control.

To operate, place a wok on the burner area and turn the control knob to ignite the gas and adjust the flame. The cooking top is made of 2.5 mm thick stainless steel AISI 304 18/10. The entire unit structure is also constructed from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel.

Removable drip trays are included for easier cleaning. A 200 mm high rear splashback is integrated to protect the wall.

Burner power options include 9.5 kW, 14.0 kW, 21.0 kW, 7.5 kW, 4.5 kW, and 3.0 kW. The dimensions of this model are 600 mm in length, 700 mm in width, and 275 mm in height. A 600/600/275 mm variant is also available.

Cleaning involves emptying and washing the drip trays. Stainless steel surfaces should be wiped with suitable catering equipment cleaning agents.
