Gas cooker is suitable for preparing any hot creams in small and medium confectioneries. It is composed of a stainless steel bowl with a hollow space filled with thermal oil, of a stainless steel mixing tool and of a strong base containing the movement controls and the electrical equipment. The rapid heating is guaranteed by a large burner which can be controlled by means of an appropriate thermometer supplied with the bowl. The entire bowl unit is mounted on revolving supports to allow easy emptying by using the suitable lever. A timer sounds to warn the operator when the cooking process has been completed. Great care has been given to the carrying out of the safety devices so that the machine complies with the regulations in force.
