A professional espresso machine built for precision and consistency in a compact footprint, the CREMINTERNATIONAL EX3 Mini 1gr Control delivers café-quality coffee without occupying excessive counter space. The machine uses a single brew group with integrated pre-infusion, allowing water to gently saturate the coffee puck before full pressure is applied. This step ensures even extraction, reducing bitterness and highlighting the coffee's natural aromas and flavours. A rotational water pump maintains stable pressure throughout the brew cycle, even during back-to-back service, while its quiet operation keeps the workspace comfortable for both baristas and customers. The 6-litre boiler supplies simultaneous espresso, steam and hot water, making it possible to prepare milk-based drinks like cappuccinos and lattes without delay. Steam pressure is held between 0.8 and 1.1 bar, producing silky microfoam for latte art and consistent texture across drinks. A separate hot-water spout allows tea service or cup warming without interrupting espresso production, while the Cool Touch steam wand remains safe to handle even after prolonged use, reducing burn risk and simplifying cleaning. The control knob or PID display lets you start the pre-infusion, adjust extraction pressure mid-brew, and end the cycle with a single turn—no menus or delays between pulling a shot and steaming milk. The barista loads the portafilter with ground coffee, locks it into the brew group, and selects the desired volume via the control knob or PID display. The machine pre-infuses the coffee, then applies full pressure for extraction. Once the shot is complete, the portafilter is removed and the spent puck knocked out. For milk drinks, the steam wand is purged, positioned in the milk pitcher, and activated until the desired texture is achieved. An automatic group-cleaning cycle can be initiated at the end of service, flushing the brew group with water and detergent to maintain hygiene and extend the lifespan of the components. Construction combines durability with customisation. The body is available in a range of colours and finishes, including brushed stainless steel and wood-look panels, while knobs, levers and the portafilter can be specified in white, black or wood-look materials. The housing is modular, allowing each section to be ordered in a different colour or finish to match the café's aesthetic. Brew-group height can be adjusted for standard cups or taller takeaway vessels, and the machine can be fitted with either a single or double pressure gauge to suit the operator's preference. Barista lights illuminate the work area, improving visibility during early mornings or late shifts. The 2.8 kW power rating ensures rapid heat-up and recovery between shots, while the 230 V single-phase connection allows installation on standard commercial circuits without requiring a three-phase supply. At 48 kg, the machine is stable on the counter yet light enough to be moved by two people for cleaning or repositioning. Its 575 mm width and depth fit comfortably on most worktops, leaving room for grinders and other bar tools. Cleaning is designed to be efficient. The automatic group-cleaning cycle reduces manual scrubbing, while the Cool Touch steam wand can be wiped down immediately after use. The drip tray and water reservoir are accessible for daily emptying and refilling, and the modular housing panels can be removed for deeper cleaning if required. The machine's ECO mode reduces power consumption during idle periods, lowering running costs without affecting performance when service resumes. Two main configurations are available: the Standard version and the TA version, which may include additional technical adjustments for specific markets. The machine can also be customised with different control interfaces—either a simple knob or a PID display—depending on the operator's preference for precision and ease of use.
