Professional electric boiling kettle with indirect electric heating, designed for preparing large quantities of food. A boiling kettle heats liquid indirectly by circulating hot water or steam between an inner and outer wall. This method prevents direct contact between the heating element and the food, eliminating hot spots and reducing the risk of burning. The dual-wall construction also retains heat evenly, allowing precise temperature control for delicate sauces, soups or acidic ingredients that require gentle, consistent cooking.
The operator fills the inner vat with up to 200 L of liquid or product, then sets the power level to match the required cooking intensity. A built-in mixer, adjustable for both hot and cold water feed, keeps ingredients moving so they cook uniformly without settling. During heating, a pressure gauge monitors the steam pressure in the jacket, while a manual air-release valve prevents over-pressure. Minimum and maximum water-level taps ensure the jacket is filled correctly, and an automatic refill system maintains the required level during use. The hydraulic tilt lever allows the operator to empty the vat without lifting, while an automatic shut-off stops power as soon as tilting begins.
