A refrigeration system circulates chilled air evenly across every shelf, preventing hot spots that could spoil wine. The compressor and fans work in tandem to pull heat from the cabinet, then expel it through a condenser, keeping the interior within the set range. Electric defrost automatically melts any frost build-up on the evaporator coils, and the resulting water is evaporated, eliminating manual defrosting and reducing maintenance.

To operate, the unit is mounted against a wall and connected to a dedicated circuit. The digital control panel is set to the desired temperature between +4 °C and +18 °C, depending on whether the wine is for long-term storage or immediate service. LED lighting along the interior perimeter illuminates bottles without generating heat, making labels visible while keeping the climate undisturbed. Shelves and hooks are fitted separately, allowing the configuration to be tailored to bottle sizes and presentation needs.
