The device is perfect for frying donuts and other foods cooked in oil
Designed for intensive use.
A donut fryer heats a measured volume of oil with an electric element, then lowers dough rings into the hot oil so they cook evenly and rise without absorbing excess fat. The oil is kept at a steady temperature by a thermostat, while a cold-zone system traps food particles below the heating elements, preventing burnt flavours and extending the life of the oil.
The operator fills the welded chamber to the marked level, sets the thermostat on the removable control panel, and starts the element. Once the oil reaches the chosen temperature, dough rings are lowered in a basket or directly into the oil. The fryer maintains the heat automatically, so the operator only watches the colour and removes the donuts when they are golden. A bottom drain tap empties the oil after use, and the cold-zone system collects crumbs and bits of dough that settle below the heaters, keeping the oil cleaner for the next batch.
The chamber is welded stainless steel with a bottom outlet that ends in a drain tap. The control element, which carries the heating element, can be lifted out for cleaning; a safety switch cuts power when it is removed. Overheating protection with a reset button guards against runaway temperatures. Rubber, non-slip feet keep the unit stable on a worktop.
The 3500 W input power draws a steady load on a 230 V single-phase circuit, typical of professional kitchen supplies. The 12 litre oil volume allows a single batch of donuts to cook without crowding, while the 630 mm width fits on most worktops. The 16.43 kg weight lets two people lift the fryer onto a trolley or shelf when needed.
After each shift the operator drains the oil through the bottom tap, wipes the chamber with a soft cloth, and removes the control element to clean the heating area. The cold-zone system is rinsed by flushing water through the drain tap, then dried before the next use. The non-slip feet are wiped to remove oil or flour residue.
