HENDI 3 Litre Juice Dispenser with Cooling Insert

A juice dispenser maintains chilled drinks by holding a reservoir of ice around a central steel insert. The ice draws heat from the insert, which in turn cools the juice inside the collector without diluting it. This method keeps the drink at serving temperature for hours without refrigeration, freeing up fridge space and allowing self-service from a counter or buffet line.

The operator fills the steel insert with ice, then pours the juice into the polycarbonate collector. The non-drip tap is opened to dispense a measured portion; any spillage is caught by the drip grid beneath. When the juice level drops, the collector is refilled without disturbing the ice, and the tap is closed to prevent leaks.

The dispenser is built with a polycarbonate juice collector that resists staining and cracking. A steel insert holds the ice and conducts cold to the juice. The non-drip tap prevents drips between pours, and the drip grid beneath the tap collects any accidental spillage for easy cleaning. All parts that contact juice or ice are removable for washing.

The 3 litre volume allows a single dispenser to serve a small group without frequent refills. The footprint of 215 by 315 millimetres fits on a standard worktop or buffet counter, while the 490 millimetre height clears most shelving above. The weight of the unit, when empty, allows one person to move it between storage and service areas.

Cleaning involves removing the collector, tap and drip grid. The steel insert and polycarbonate collector are washed with warm water and detergent, rinsed and dried before reassembly. The non-drip tap and drip grid are cleaned separately to prevent sugar or pulp build-up that could block the flow.
