Тарелка для макаронных изделий Speciale Barocco Saturnia – очень элегантное блюдо, идеально подходящее для заведений, где подают различные блюда из макарон.
A shallow, wide platter designed to present pasta dishes in volume without crowding. The broad circular surface keeps strands or shapes separate, allowing sauces to pool around the food rather than underneath it. Porcelain distributes heat evenly, so the dish stays warm longer on the pass than it would on a metal tray or a ceramic of lower density.
The platter is carried to the table and set down; no further operation is required. Its low rim prevents spills while still allowing easy access with serving utensils. Because the surface is glazed and non-porous, sauces do not soak in, so each portion lifts cleanly and the platter is ready for the next service without lingering residue.
Construction is a single piece of vitrified porcelain, fired to a dense, non-absorbent body. The floral pattern is printed under the enamel, so it cannot wear or fade. The glaze is certified food-safe and free from lead and cadmium. The material is microwave-transparent, so reheating is possible without transferring the food to another container. The same dense porcelain withstands the thermal shock and water jets of a commercial dishwasher without crazing or dulling the finish.
The 275 mm diameter gives enough area to serve a single pasta course for two to three covers, or to stage several smaller portions for a tasting menu. The 60 mm height keeps the centre of gravity low, making the platter stable on a crowded pass or a tray.
Cleaning is limited to the surfaces the entry names: the glazed top, the rim and the unglazed foot. All three can be washed in a dishwasher; the unglazed foot should face away from the water jets to avoid water absorption. For hand washing, a soft cloth or sponge is recommended to preserve the enamel pattern. No abrasive cleaners or metal utensils should be used, as they can scratch the glaze and expose the porcelain body to staining.
The platter is part of the Barocco range, which shares the same floral enamel decoration and food-safe finish across serving pieces of different shapes and sizes.
