HENDI Glass Cover for Hot Dog Grill N268506

A transparent glass cover encloses the hot dog grill, shielding sausages from airborne contaminants while keeping them visible to customers. The sealed space traps heat, raising the temperature around the food so it cooks faster without extra energy from the heating element.

Place the cover over the loaded grill, close the hinged front and start the heater. The glass lets staff monitor browning without opening, and the hot air circulates evenly so every sausage reaches serving temperature at the same time. When grilling is complete, lift the cover to remove the sausages and wipe down the interior with a damp cloth.

The cover is made of tempered glass set in a stainless-steel frame. Its dimensions of 470 mm wide, 325 mm deep and 240 mm high match the HENDI N268506 grill, fitting precisely over the cooking surface and front rail.

Cleaning is limited to the glass and frame; a quick wipe after each service removes grease and keeps the display clear.
