The Hendi Profi Line fryer with drain tap is a device that allows you to prepare many types of snacks, such as crispy potatoes, vegetables or spring rolls. Perfect for fast food bars and eateries. The device with a large chamber with a volume of 10 liters and a drain tap will allow you to quickly prepare a large number of fried dishes and snacks.
This commercial deep fryer uses an electric element to heat cooking oil, allowing food to cook rapidly and uniformly. The element is positioned beneath the vat, transferring heat directly into the oil without any open flame. A thermostat regulates the temperature by cycling the element, while a basket immerses and retrieves food as needed.
To operate, fill the 10-litre vat with oil to the indicated level. Connect the fryer to a 400 V three-phase power source and adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature, reaching up to 190 °C. Once the oil is hot, lower the basket of food into the vat. Use a timer or visual inspection to determine when the food is ready, then lift the basket and allow excess oil to drain back into the vat. When finished, open the integrated drain tap to empty the oil into a suitable container for disposal or filtering.
The fryer features a stainless-steel construction with a sturdy, worktop-height body and a front-mounted control panel. The heating element can be removed for cleaning, and the vat and interior surfaces are easily accessible once the element is detached. A stable base ensures the unit remains secure on the counter.
The control panel includes a thermostat knob for setting the oil temperature up to 190 °C, an indicator light showing when the element is active, and a power switch. The fryer requires a dedicated circuit due to its high power demand.
With a 10-litre capacity, the fryer determines the maximum batch size, while its dimensions—300 mm deep, 680 mm wide, and 420 mm high—define its footprint on the worktop. The stainless-steel build resists corrosion and mechanical wear, and its smooth surfaces allow for quick cleaning after use.
Maintenance involves draining the oil, removing the heating element, wiping the vat and interior, and rinsing the element under running water. The drain tap streamlines oil changes and minimises spillage.
