This professional grill surface features a smooth chrome-plated plate designed for even heat distribution. The thick, durable surface retains heat efficiently, ensuring consistent cooking for meats, vegetables, and flatbreads without uneven hot spots or cold zones.

To operate, place the unit on a stable worktop and connect it to a 230 V power source. An indicator light confirms when the grill is powered on. The stepless thermostat allows precise temperature control up to 300 °C, accommodating a range of foods from delicate fish to thick steaks. Once heated, food is placed directly on the smooth surface. Excess grease collects in a front-mounted container, reducing flare-ups and maintaining a cleaner cooking area. Non-slip feet ensure stability on wet or greasy surfaces, while a splash guard protects nearby areas from oil spatter.

The frame is made of stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance and durability for daily use. The 9 mm thick chrome-plated surface resists scratches and simplifies cleaning.
