This salamander toaster provides focused overhead heat to brown, melt, or finish dishes quickly. Food is placed on a shelf below the heating element, allowing even exposure without flipping. The process is visible at all times, eliminating the need to open doors or shift trays during cooking.

Place food on the wire rack or solid tray, then adjust the height of the upper element using the smooth lever to match the item's thickness. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature, up to 300 °C, with the indicator light showing when the element is active. Once the food reaches the desired appearance or texture, raise the element and remove the dish. A pull-out tray below collects crumbs and fat, helping maintain a tidy workspace.

The unit features a stainless steel body, including the outer casing and a pull-out tray measuring 440 by 320 mm. The upper heating surface adjusts safely with a graduated mechanism that secures in place. Controls include a rotary thermostat for temperature and an indicator light for power status.

With a 2.8 kW power rating, the toaster operates on a 230 V supply. Its maximum temperature of 300 °C suits tasks like grilling, browning, and melting but is not designed for slow roasting or baking.
